We are a non-licensed business, meaning you supply the drinks, we serve them. This means you save a fortune on expensive mark ups by dealing directly with suppliers and allows you to customize your drinks options to suit you and your event. 

Our lovely bartenders can mix, shake, or stir any beverage you desire. We can also offer advice on how much you will need. Remember- it's better to have too much than to run out!


Little Miss 76 is based in Red Beach on the Hibiscus Coast and will travel within 50km of home at no charge. We do love a good roadie, and are happy to travel to destinations further afield- distances further than 50km from base will attract travel fees and accommodation fees, if required . 


Little Miss' basic lighting and water pump are run from a 12V battery, which means she can be self-sufficient. However, for Little Miss to look her best, and for the use of her power points, she will need to be plugged in to mains power. If your event is in a remote spot, she can run off a generator. Examples of things that may require power points are; moody lamps, festoon lights, slushy machines, phone chargers etc.

We will need to have access to some water supplies to fill the drinks dispensers for your guests. Little Miss can have a designated hose attached to her (provided) to bring water to her, or we will need access elsewhere. Little Miss doesn't have the space to clean glasses, so guests are encouraged to reuse their glassware.

  • All alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and mixers to be served from the bar. This helps you to avoid paying any mark ups on drinks by purchasing directly from the suppliers.
  • If you want personalized cocktails, you will also need to supply all garnishes, such as mint or sugar etc.
  • Vehicle access and a firm flat surface (approx 4m x 5m) to park and set up Little Miss (caravan and awning)
  • A mains power supply or small generator for use of lighting and power points inside the bar. 
  • Fresh water supply for drinking water
  • Ice for drinks, and salt ice for chilling tubs. 
  • We highly recommend hiring a chiller trailer to chill your drinks pre party and ensure all beverages will be cold for the entirity of the event. 


We are able to serve anything you supply. Beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, mocktails. Slushy machines can also be arranged and set up in the bar. 


  

Once all the details of your event have been finalised, we will send you an invoice and a booking agreement. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a date for you. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before your event. If you cancel with seven days or less notice, the full amount will still need to be paid. We will also require a minimum $300 bond. This will be fully refunded to you unless there is damage done to our equipment or caravan. 

Please note that dry hire bonds are higher and dependant on certain requirements. 


Little Miss comes with 4x large ice tubs to keep bottles cool, and a large chilli-bin for storing ice. However, as we typically arrive within a few hours of your event, and due to time required to cool your drinks, we strongly recommend hiring a chiller trailer to chill your drinks in overnight. This will ensure your guests are being served ice cool beverages for the entirety of your event. We will replenish the stocks in our ice tubs throughout the day from the trailer. 


Little Miss and the team will arrive 2 hours prior to your event to ensure we are set up and ready to start serving your guests as soon as they arrive. This set up time does not subtract from your hours of service and comes at no extra cost. 


For a private residence no licensing or consent is required. If your event is at a venue it pays to check with the venue owner if there are any special conditions. Yes, as long as your catering staff will be the only people in the caravan. We will drop off and pick up Little Miss from your event. 

 This can work well if your catering company are providing a package which includes bar staff, or if you want to hire Little Miss for a multi-day event or festival.  


Many venues and catering packages already include glassware, so we have excluded glass hire from our package prices to avoid doubling up. For health and safety reasons we are unable to wash and reuse glasses at the event. 

While we don’t carry our own glassware, we can help you source the right glassware for the occasion.  We'll pick up and drop off for free, passing our awesome hire rates on to you.
